K. innovative technology for the production of short-run and specialised parts" under sub-measure 3.2.2 Credit for technological innovation from the Operational Programme Intelligent Development co-financed by the European Funds
The main objective of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness and innovativeness of the medium- sized enterprise through the implementation of R&D results.
The investment being the subject of this project concerns the implementation of the company's own new technology and commencement, on its basis, of production of significantly improved products in relation to metal details manufactured so far. The method for the manufacture of specialised and short-series parts, based on the author's technology for the manufacture of bending tools - punches and dies, is an original, complete and ready-to-implement technology, which has been submitted for patent protection.
The effect of implementing the results of R&D work will be the implementation into the company's activities of a process innovation on a global scale in the form of a technology for producing short-run and specialised parts and a product innovation on a global scale in the form of a service for producing parts with specialised bending shapes (other than U- and V-shaped) in short runs.
The above will lead to the development of a significant competitive advantage in the metalworking industry and will contribute to an increase in revenue due to an increase in sales volume. As a result of the project's implementation, the level of export and competitiveness on the scale of the company's own enterprise, the industry and the entire voivodeship, as well as the efficiency and profitability of production of products will also increase.

Small batch components
KNIOCH M. Sp. K. is introducing an improved service for the manufacture of small batch production of specialised parts. Thanks to the development of a suitable system for the manufacture of bending tools, we offer our customers the manufacture of small batches while minimising the high costs associated with the purchase of standard tools.
The service we offer is much simpler and faster than those available on the market, which translates into a lower final price of the product. We have a wide tool stock dedicated to different steel grades, thanks to which we can fully meet our customers' expectations. A modern and advanced product quality control system guarantees 100% repeatability of the manufactured parts.
The service was introduced as a result of the project entitled 'Implementation by KNIOCH M. Sp. K. of an innovative technology for the manufacture of short-run and specialised parts', project number POIR.03.02.02-00-2141/20, under the implementation of project 3.2.2 'Credit for technological innovation' from the Intelligent Development Operational Programme 2014-2020 co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
